Our Story
Synergy Dialysis, LLC’s “Bringing it Home” was the vision of the company’s founders to bring to California the modality of Home Hemodialysis. After seeing the tremendous amount of difference that Staff Assisted Home Hemodialysis was making, the decision was made to bring this modality to California.
The facility is a Boutique Concierge Dialysis Clinic which is a fully functioning Federal and State Approved ESRD Facility with a home training center. The vision is to create a Facility catering to the needs of home and staff-assisted home hemodialysis patients with one-on-one detailed care. In the comforts of their home, with a well-trained and experienced team administering every treatment three times a week.
Staff Assisted Home Hemodialysis also gives our patients the flexibility to schedule their treatments around their personal schedules.
